Picked up a steak burrito, chicken bowl and guacamole & chips at lunch time. Carried out. 5 hrs later I was vomiting chunks. Repeated episodes of vomiting most of the night. Severe cramps. By 3:00 am came the diarrhea. Same symptoms for my wife., My wife and I had gotten sick. Only able to keep down liquids like tea. Stomach still cramping. I feel like I’m all emptied out. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
