I ordered the sofritas tacos with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on 1/14/19 at 7PM.

At around 3 AM I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea. As well as a general fever. This continued all day on 1/15/19. The only meal I ate was from this Chipotle, so I am 100% confident it was from the tacos. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
