on 10/21/17 1:08 pm . ate chicken salad with black beans, vegis Guacamole. Ate nothing more the rest of the day, only drank water. 4am the next morning had nausea, then vomit for 3 hours, then fever chills started, then diarrhea for a couple hours. it lasted until 12:00pm. I was depleted and had a headache for the next 24 hours. drank lots of fluid, and due to belly pain ate very little food in the the next 24 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
