After getting lunch yesterday I became very ill in the night. Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, extreme weakness, and fatigue! I had the Barbacoa, fajita vegetables, lettuce, pico to Gallo, and guacamole. The meal tasted a poor quality and I noted that on a survey. However later I become violently ill.
