Got black bean burrito bowl with fajitas tomatoes corn and lettuce in 1/1/2017. Went to bed with intense stomach pains unable to sleep. Woke up nauseated with diherrea. Then began puking the rest of the day unable to keep fluids down. Severe stomach pain and constant nauseous feeling with chills and fever. Saw another post in here from someone 2 days ago from chipotle in my town as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
