I had a carnitas and chicken bowl with red salsa .I always eat but never had carnitas , I always went with steak and chicken along with red salsa and everything else . I never had any issues until today , I had carnitas . On my way home I had sudden bowl movements , I’ve been in and out the bathroom with diarrhea for 3 hours straight . | Symptoms: Diarrhea
