I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, sourcream, corn, and letucce Thursday afternoon for lunch. That evening i began to have severe stomach pain, followed later that night by vomiting. This continued all night and since it was not accompanied by a fever I went to the doctor friday afternnon and was diagnosed with Salmonella. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
