Ate soft corn tacos for lunch yesterday with chicken and carnitas. Three hours later felt immense pain in my upper stomach, started getting chills and heart pounding. Projectile vomiting - vomiting every 20-30 minutes for about 5 hours. Fever of 100 degrees. Lower stomach pains and diarrea through the night. Vomiting has stopped but diarrea continuing over 24 hours later. Never eating at Chipotle again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
