Girlfriend and I got almost the same thing except I got hot sauce and fajitas in mine. I ended up getting sick but my girlfriend didn’t. I had vomiting, fever, diarrhea, migraine, and body aches/chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Body Ache, Migraine
