On March 6th my girlfriend and I atenjoy Chipotle, by 1130 p.m I was throwing up and by 1 I had severe diahreea and was throwing up and pooping at the same time. I had a black bean, sofritas Burrito, with white rice, hot sauce, Pico De gayo, and lettuce. My girlfriend got lettuce in her burrito too. I'm not sure what to do. I am currently laying in bed, still recovering from going to John c Lincoln hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
