Chicken Bowl Causes Discomfort - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Newark Delaware

I had a bowl which chicken, salsa, lettuce and cheese. It was good and although the chicken was room temperature, I still enjoyed my meal with my friends, we were having a picnic on the grass at UD. During the car drive home I felt so dehydrated and was sweating a lot, had to make an emergency stop at CVS for water and gatorade. About 90 minutes after I got home, I had really bad diarrhea and I felt like I was about to vomit (I didn't), and I suspect it was the stuff I ate here. This was on April 12th, 2023. It is now the 13th and I have a loss of appetite and felt a little nauseous this morning but the diarrhea went away. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Sweating, Loss of Appetite

I never eat out in fast food but I had the plant based Chorizo and got very sick. it has been a year and still going to the doctor. Have an appt by the end of this money to find out what is going on. These stores need to be shut down.
