My son ate Rice bowl for supper on July 14, 2017. It was ordered from Chipotle Mexican Grill, Neelsville Village Center, 20940 Fredrick Rd MD. He started experiencing cramps in the stomach, nausea and bloating around 1.00 a.m. At around 3.00 he started vomiting 3.00 a.m and had a fever until late afternoon. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps
