Family Sick After Chipotle - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Raleigh North Carolina

My myself,my husband & 3 children all ate at your Glenwood Ave location yesterday March 11th at 4:30 pm. Around 8 pm we had nausea, vomiting,fever & diarrhea. As of 6 pm March 17th still sick. Will present to drs if not better by Tuesday
We had 3 chicken bowls,2 of them had lettuce & corn. The other 2 meals were cheese quesadillas. We did not get any drinks and used your forks & spoons. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
