February 14, 2022, Not sure Went there at 7:00 pm on 2/14/22 for light dinner. Ordered 3 hard shell chicken tacos, with lettuce, cheese, pick..small side pintos and rice. At 2:30 am woke up with severe abdominal pain, nausea, and headache. Proceeded to violently vomit intermittently for the next  9 hours, accompanied with chills, headache , fever, and shifting abdominal sharp pain. Two days later still experiencing weakness, lessened abdominal pain and nausea, fever has left, headache still present, and very tired. Have had no food, just water and juice.
