Ate a burrito bowl with chicken, guac, cheese, beans, rice, and lettuce for dinner Thursday evening. About 7 hours later I started to feel nauseous, and started vomiting after another 4 hours. Sick all day Friday, vomiting every couple of hours, super dizzy, headache, couldn't eat anything, and drinking water was difficult. Got hot flashes and chills. Starting to feel better (Saturday evening), but my friend who ate the same thing as me currently has diarrhea, is vomiting, and is nauseous (starting at noon Saturday). | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Diarrhea
