I ordered a steak bowl with fajita, beans, mild salsa, and cheese. I honestly thought the steak looked weird and asked the worker but I was given a rude look and the line was packed with people. I ate my meal and was so sick afterwards with vomiting, diarrhea, fever and chills. My stomach had horrible pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
