Burrito Nausea & Dizziness - Chipotle Mexican Grill, New York

A burrito from there  I had ordered a burrito that contained steal,chicken, cheese, fajita veggies, corn, and lettuce yesterday it arrived at about 3:30 ish. Immediately after receiving the delivery I washed my hands got rid of the bag it came in do to the whole COVID-19 situation and proceeded to eat my burrito. I say about 5 hours later I am laying down on my bed feeling lightheaded and nauseous. I ended up vomiting not too long after and have been feeling nauseous and dizziness every time I stand up.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
