I had chicken tacos with sour cream, queso, guac and corn from chipotle yesterday around 3 pm. I felt fine all day, went to sleep around 9 pm last night and woke up at 2, 3, 4, and 6 am violently vomiting and in cold sweats and shakes. It is 9 am now and I just threw up AGAIN. At this point it's just yellow fluid and is painful because there's no food left to come up. I feel weak, drained and like whatever energy I had in my body yesterday has been completely sucked out of it. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating, Shaking
