Bowl Illness: Rapid Onset - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Medford Oregon

Ordered a bowl with extra chicken and lettuce with a large chips. Started to feel poor within 10 minutes of eating half the bowl at around 7:30pm. Felt lethargic and lower intestinal distress with a racing heart rate. Within the hour I was feeling nauseated. About an hour 30 minutes later I developed a low grade fever of 99.8f.

Only meals prior was a bowl of almond milk and honey bunches of oats at around 11 am. No drinks other than filtered water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
