I ate chipotle yesterday (July 29th) around 3:00 pm. I immediately felt something was wrong with the food after finishing. Later that night I started feeling sick and this morning woke up with a severe stomach ache. Today I have not been able to get out of bed and have had diarrhea, hot flashes, cold flashes, and bad headaches. My order consisted of a chicken burrito with pinto beans, Queso, mild salsa, sour cream, and cheese. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
