I had a chicken fajita burrito with mild and hot salsa, white rice, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner Saturday 7/28 around 7:30PM On Sunday, I had stomach ache for most of the day. By 6PM, I had a fever and diarrhea. It’s Monday and I’m still dealing with the stomach ache and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
