Ate a salad bowl with chicken, black and pinto beans, peppers, corn, sour cream, mild and medium sauce about 1 pm on Friday... around 5 pm I began feeling nauseated. Throughout the night I vomited and had extreme chills then hot then chills. I had not been out the day before and ate nothing else before symptoms appeared. Morning.. vomited ceased but had abdominal pain and headache. Better now. Unfortunately, this was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Stomach Pain
