White rice, pork, letttuce, avocado, pico de gallo, and cheese for lunch. About 4 hours later still felt very full, a bit nauseous. I was flying so I thought it was motion sickness. Had some ginger ale but ended up taking two trips to vomit. After landing I had diarrhea. Thought I was going to vomit again. Until I got home to totally let loose. The stomach cramping was bothersome. Next day, still vomiting and had diarrhea, feeling weak. Day three, still a little diarrhea but haven't had much to eat. Drinking lots of water with electrolytes. Eating bland foods. I think I'll be ok tomorrow. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
