I ate a chicken/rice/beans/lettuce bowl at Chipotle at about 5:00 PM on january 12th. Approximately 2 hours later I began to feel nauseous, and by 10 PM I had watery diarrhea and vomiting that lasted all night. The next day I was not as sick to my stomach, but I had no appetite, had a headache, and suffered from severe fatique. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Loss of Appetite
