Ate chicken bowl with rice, pico de gallo, corn, fajita veggies. Excruciating gut pain started 3 hours after eating. Now at ER getting treatment and tests (12 hours later). New employees, deficient safety practices (utensils used for different meats... do they ever change their gloves... food laid directly on the counter). This will be one expensive meal. | Symptoms: Nausea
