On March 6, I ate the chicken salad with black beans, mild salsa, cheese and salad dressing at 11am and became nauseous at 215pm. By 230 I was vomiting and had diarrhea which has only gotten worse. I have not been able to keep anything down since yesterday afternoon. Thankfully my fiancé is allergic to onions and decided against eating there too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
