on 7/17/2017 at 11:30am at chipotle mexican grill. I ordered a chicken bowl with wite rice and pento beans . within 30 mins of eating started having severe stomach pains. the next morning I had to be taken to the emergency room. Medical doctors stated I have severe colitis and intestinal inflammation due to food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Stomach Pain
