I ate at Chipotle on Friday July 14th. I got a burrito with white rice, fajitas, pinto beans, mild salsa, cheese and guacamole. I started vomiting on Saturday at 6pm. I had severe abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fever, headache, severe weakness and chills.
