On 7/14 I had a veggie salad bowl with toppings and sour cream/guac and the next evening was uncontrollably ill for the next 3 days. I'm still feeling awful (thankfully vomiting has subsided as stomach is empty) with headaches and body aches nearly 5 days later. Won't be craving Chipotle anytime soon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
