It was Saturday, May 12th, 2018. Boyfriend and I had a coupon, and I never had Chipotle before. Wanted to give it a shot. The staff was super friendly and sweet; worked with food service before and knew it was lunch rush, so I was friendly and hoped I made their day.At around 12:30-1:00, we ate our burritos, and at around 5-6pm, I started to feel queasy. I at first attributed it to just some acid ingestion-I had gallbladder removed 4 years ago-and took Zantac. As night went on, I was feeling bloated and uncomfortable.
Went to sleep around 11:30pm and woke up this morning at 9:30, feeling extremely nauseated, and had to run to the bathroom several times with diarrhea.
Come back home, still under the weather, and took my mom out for mother's day. We went to a neat little bar/restaurant, and then I felt even worse. My mouth felt dry but watery at same time. I thought I would vomit. But no. Had taken several trips to the bathroom once again within a 20 minute span, and felt like symptoms of prefaint occuring. I felt clammy, broke into sweat within a well-cooled establishment, and had to sit on the floor for 10 minutes before I could get up and get to the car.
Finally get home about 30 minutes later, and had to vomit and had diarrhea at same time. The only thing I have been able to eat since 9pm last night, is a small portion of chicken noodle soup and have been drinking water and electrolytes since. I am having to sit on the couch and my own bed on a towel just in case I accidentally have diarrhea in midsleep. Very drowsy, spacey, and afraid to even let gas go. Haven't vomited since, but thinking about food makes me want to hurl. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating, Sweating
