Sofritas Addition Illness Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hickory North Carolina

I got food around 620 p.m. yesterday evening from Chipotle. I usually get the same thing everytime I go but decided to add sofritas this time. I got the kids cheese quesadilla meal with rice beans mild and sofritas with an orange and milk. Around 10 pm I started to feel sick but tried to sleep it off anyways. At 12 am I ended up vomiting twice and started to get hot and feel pretty weak. Currently I have a headache and still feel nauseous if I move around. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness
