Chipotle was the only meal I ate yesterday. I had a large chicken and cheese quesadilla with chips and a soda. I went to sleep, and woke up at 4:45 am with unbearable stomach cramps. Like, pain so bad I couldn't walk. I am now alternating between sweats and chills, have vomited twice, and have nonstop diarrhea. It's 8am. F**k. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
