Got a burrito bowl for lunch consisting of barbacoa, cheese, gauc, sour cream, cilantro, both salsas and tomatoes. 6 hours later I'm vomiting my guts up, chills, headache and feeling awful. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
