Additional information: On Friday night, I had a chicken quesadilla with corn salsa and sour cream. It was the only thing I ate that day since I had a long work shift before. I started throwing up, sweating profusely, and have severe diarrhea from 2am-10am the next day. Really bad nausea, chills, sweats, headache, weakness, and stomach pain.
