Bowl Illness: Fever, Vomiting - Chipotle,

I ordered a half chicken half barbacoa bowl with brown rice, black beans, peppers and salsa. I felt ok for an hour or so and then developed a fever and severe headache and vomited. I felt a bit better after vomiting but the headache and fever remained even a week later accompanied with diarrhea which lead to me calling out of work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
