Had chicken, rice, black beans, cheese & lettuce in a bowl. Diarrhea at 4 the next morning, vomit at 6:30, two more bouts of diarrhea later in the day. 4 days later and I still can't eat a full meal and when I can eat, I get nauseous almost every time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
