- comments: observed milk held at an inadequate temperature of 45 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold tcs foods are held at 41 f and below. The manager discarded 1 1/2 gallons of milk. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed 1 of 2 hand washing sinks in children's toilet room not working. When turned on, water pressure is minimal, and water leaks to the floor from the bottom piping of sink. Instructed manager to repair or remove hand washing sink.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed inadequate waste water disposal at three-compartment sink. When one compartment drains, another one floods. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c). Citation issued
