My husband took me to Cooper’s Hawk for my birthday (8/6). We had an amazing time and I was going to place Cooper’s Hawk on my list of top restaurants—that is, until he became violently ill within a few hours of our meal. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and had the side of coleslaw. He’s not sure what item made him sick, however he was vomiting, had diarrhea, and was keeled over in pain for 24 hours until all the food left his system. We almost canceled our trip he had booked for my birthday that weekend as he was in such bad shape. We are certain this was food related as he had no other symptoms but his body trying to expel what he had eaten at the restaurant. It is important for Cooper’s Hawk to be made aware of this, as well as other health officials to ensure the safety and protection of the public who dine there. Unfortunately, we will not return as I do not want to risk myself or loved ones from becoming this violently ill ever again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
