On Saturday May 23, 2026 I ate at Corelife Eatery in Latham NY, I got the Greek Chicken and Quinoa bowl. The first red flag was how unclean the restaurant was, I have eaten here numerous times so I didn’t think it would be an issue with food preparation and safety. I was with 4 other people, 2 of which also got chicken like I did, however there’s were put back on the grill to be combined with sauce for a few minutes, while mine was just pulled from a sketchy drawer underneath the stove and not reheated. The hours after I spent doubled over with severe abdominal pain, nausea and constant diarrhea for hours. The next 2 days it was the same, slightly better, but still abdominal pain and diarrhea. I went to my doctor on the 3rd day and was diagnosed with food poisoning, with more than likely salmonella, based on my symptoms. It’s been 5 days now, and i am still experiencing constant stomach pain like I was kicked in the stomach, even when i have not eaten. Safe to say I will be not eating at this restaurant moving forward. | Symptoms: Other, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
