I ate a sandwich at this shop which was labelled vegan ham and cheese and a few hours later I was experiencing severe vomiting and diarrhoea. The only other foods I had that day were fruit and coffee so I’m certain it was the vegan ham made from Quorn which caused this. I’ve had intolerances to meat-free vegetarian substitutes before but didn’t realise this one was made using Quorn which is derived from a mold which has caused many people to have allergic reactions. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Diarrhea
