2nd report in same week! I had food poisoning last week from this Costco. Scroll down to the February 12 report that I filed. This time it was my husband. Last night he got up three times and threw up and still has symptoms of nausea. I made grass fed beef Italian sausage. We bought it at Costco last week and immediately put it in the freezer. I cooked it for 10 hours in the crockpot with tomato sauce. He ate it with pasta. I did not eat any because I am still still feeling sick from last week's food poisoning from this Costco. Will be filing a report today with the health department | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
