Salmonella from Road Trip - Cracker Barrel, Perry Georgia

I have food poisoning. I was on the road & I stopped to eat there on January 13, 2022. I ate grilled chicken tenders, potatoes casserole, honey mustard dipping & biscuit. I started feeling sick in the middle of the night with cramping. The next day I was vomiting, had diarrhea, fever, dehydrated and severe head aches for the next 4 days. I live in Chicago. The next day January 15, 2022 I went to urgent care. The doctor did a stool sample and the result came back on Monday that I have Salmonela. I didn't eat anything else on Friday. Dr prescribed medication. I call the restaurant yesterday and the manager said why I waited so long to call them. That there was not anything she could do at this point. I explained how sick I was & it's still her responsibility to report it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache
