Additional information: Ate chicken and dumplings, mashed potatoes with brown gravy and corn. Within 2 hours I was having horrible stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and watery diarrhea. I’ve since been dealing with this the past 24 hours. Suspect it was the gravy as I’d never tried it before. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
