- comments: observed handsinks in washrooms throughout facilty on floors 1-3 not maintaining proper hot water temperature of at least 100f. Instructed person in charge to repair and restore hot water to at temperature of 100f and maintain. Priority violation #7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed peeling paint on wall in stairwell leading from second floor to first floor. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed previous core violation from report #2564440 dated:9/28/2022 not corrected; #51 noted a leak coming from the rear prep area handwashing sink drainage pipe. Instructed to repair. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
