- High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. 1 live roach found on the wall next to the clean pans storage rack. The roach was exterminated. The wall was cleaned and sanitized. 2 live roaches under the dish machine in the kitchen 3 live roaches found under the breaker boxes in front of the cookline behind expo in the kitchen.
