Chicken Sandwich Illness Suspected - Culver's, Oak Creek Wisconsin

I ate there last night and had a Fried Chicken Sandwich plain, french fries and a soda. Within 30 minutes I was vomiting, and thereafter for the next 7 hours continuously vomiting. And now I am extremely dehydrated with an awful headache and at Urgent Care getting fluids. I am the only one out of my group who had the chicken sandwich, and the only one who is vomiting. This is the only thing I can pinpoint to causing me to be sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dehydration
