I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. It tasted a little funny but that’s all I had during my break. Couple hours later I got a headache then later that night I threw up anything I tried to drink or eat. The only things I ate was cereal in the morning, then the Dairy Queen sandwich, then some spinach and water which I immediately threw up a couple hours after eating. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
