- comments: observed the ice bin interior in need of cleaning. Instructed to remove ice, clean, and maintain at all times.

- comments: observed pest activity with approximately five live roaches noted during inspection. Roach activity was noted behind cold-holding units in the kitchen area. Advised to consult pest control as additional services are needed to minimize or eliminate activity before re-inspection. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.
