One hour before landing I was served an "Asian Chicken Wrap". It seemed a bit off but ate it out of boredom. About 8 hours later started feeling strange. Muscle and joint aches. Over the next 24 hours fever, diarrhea and vomiting ensued. Was still sick a week later. Low grade fever and unrelenting diarrhea. Went to the clinic and got a course of Cipro and a lab test. Tested positive for Campylobacter. Two weeks later diarrhea has finally resolved. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Joint Pain, Muscle Pain
