We got sick on May 13, 2021. Thursday morning about 10:30am-11am. I had an ultimate omelette without tomatoes requested I do spinach instead , with hash browns, toast, fruit, and drink was 1 glass of water. My friend had a salad, also fruit and for beverage it was 2 glasses of sprite. We both ate some bananas from our fruit bowl I think 🤔 she also ate some strawberries also she didn’t eat the apples I’m not sure 🤔 about the other food. My friend also told me her stomach was hurting just before we left the restaurant. My friend told me later that evening she could not sleep 😴 because she was having diarrhea all night long. Me before I got pickup from my transportation my stomach started hurting and my lips were swollen for a few minutes. Went to the EMERGENCY room also had a slight fever 🤒 it was 100.6 I 🤔 Felt little nauseated after eating some of the food. I ate some bananas, strawberries 🍓 and some apples. I just took a safety and sanitation course on zoom and I have found serv handler card. I believe this is a food borne illness outbreak | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
